Not only dwelling, but commercial German property is highly requested. Businessmen tend to invest into office-, trading- and hotel-complexes. Here the price is fixed on the basis of location, architecture solutions and interior. Companies purchase German properties both for their own needs, and its further leasing.

This kind of German property investment is also quite formidable. House renting is relevant both for those who come to Germany for studying or work, and those who go there for tourist matters, thus, profit is guaranteed throughout the whole year.

Analysts sustain that the investment process will remain in the financial centers of the country (Berlin, Munich and Frankfort). Investing in German properties is popular not only among foreigners, but among natives as well. Housing is purchased both by private persons and legal ones: Business firms make it a new tendency to lease apartments to their dependents. Hotel properties are also requested a lot: there's always a stable income, thanks to constant flow of tourists and business people.

Experts say that prices on Berlin properties will soon catch up with the leading European capitals. Right now lots of huge building projects are held in Berlin. In Bavaria the increase of property prices is expected to rise up to 70%. A totally opposed situation is in the Eastern part of the country. In Mecklenburg, Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt the prices will lowen to 40%. The reason is a demographic crisis and, thus, general unemployment.
